I take it that my hon. Friend's Question refers to the Jephson Second Housing Association Limited which is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 and not under the Companies Acts. The latest audited annual return made by the Jephson Second Housing Association Limited was for the year ended 30th September 1972. In August 1973 the society sought and obtained the consent of the Registrar of Friendly Societies to make up its annual return to 31st March in each year which means that the next return will cover the extended period during 31st March 1974. The association is required to furnish a return relating to this 18-month period by 30th June 1974.
