Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT, in respect of each local authority in Wales, the number of names on its register of disabled persons on 31st December 1970 and 31st March 1973, the number of telephones installed or for which rental has been paid, the number of television sets provided or licences paid, the number of adaptations to property and the number of aids issued since 29th August 1970.
