§ Mr. AlisonIn the lists my right hon. Friend issued earlier this year for the three years 1973–74 to 1975–76 the adult training centre at Rochdale was provisionally approved for 1975–76. Local authorities' revised proposals for the years 1974–75 to 1976–77 are now under76W consideration and revised lists for 1974–75 and following years will be issued as early in 1974 as proves practical.
