§ Mr. Graham PageNo special classification applies where a farm building is used for the sale of the produce of the farm, since the use is regarded as purely ancillary to the agricultural use of the land. But the retail selling of agricultural produce in other circumstances will normally involve the establishment of a shop which would come within Class I of the Use Classes Order.
