§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now make a further statement on the implementation by local authorities of Section 1 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970; and if he will indicate in his statement what further action he will be taking to encourage full implementation of the provisions of this section by all local authorities.
