§ Mr. EmeryUnder the Atomic Energy Acts, 1954 and 1971, the responsibility for the security arrangements for the shipment of plutonium and other substances to and from Windscale rests with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and British Nuclear Fuels Limited. I am satisfied that the authority and the company ensure that there are very strict arrangements for the transport of nuclear materials to and from Windscale, and that these arrangements are kept under review.
