§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe existing markets and opportunities for Scottish wool in the European Economic Community will not be affected by British membership of the Community. As an industrial rawmaterial wool from Britain and elsewhere already enters the European Economic Community free of duty, and production in the Community is not subject to the rules of the common agricultural policy.
