Mr. Martenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will indicate the paragraphs of the White Paper on the United Kingdom and the European Communities, Command Paper No. 4715, which now need alteration in order to bring it up to date; and indicate briefly the nature of the alteration.
