§ Mr. Michael HeseltineOn 17th July I informed the House that I had given my consent to the organisational proposals set out in the British Airways Board's First Report on Organisation (Government Paper 386). Under the British Airways Board's proposals the Scottish Airways Division of BEA, along with the Channel Islands Airways Division, will henceforth come within the ambit of British Air Services Limited, itself a subsidiary of the British Airways Board.—[Vol. 841, c.22.)
