§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have recently asked local authorities to let me know of their proposals for developing their social work services, including their arrangements for detecting and contacting disabled persons. I propose shortly to issue a further circular about services for the disabled which will suggest ways of identifying those who need and want help.
