§ Mr. Gordon CampbellAbout 530 schemes, covering about 31,200 houses, were submitted by public authorities shortly before 1st December, 1971. Of these about 430 schemes covering 23,000 houses, have been approved. I hope that the remainder will be dealt with in the next few weeks.
