§ Mr. Thorpeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what communications he has had with local authorities 439W who are not, at present, implementing the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act.
§ Sir K. JosephI am not aware that any local authority is failing to implement Sections 1 and 2 of the Act, which I assume the right hon. Gentleman has in mind, but I am sending him a copy of the Circular sent to all authorities in September last.
