HL Deb 17 June 1971 vol 320 c776WA
LORD GARDINER

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have considered the recommendations of Justice about the Prosecution Process in England and Wales, and, if so, what opinion they have formed about them.

LORD WINDLESHAM

The Government have considered these recommendations, but they do not think that a fundamental reorganisation on the lines proposed would be justified at present.

House adjourned at twenty-five minutes past seven o'clock.
