§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what arrangements he has made to ensure that every member and senior official of every county and county borough council in England and Wales has now received a copy of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act, 1970.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe circular of 17th August, 1970, issued jointly by all the Departments principally concerned with the Act, in order to draw attention to its provisions, stated that copies of the Act could be obtained from Her Majesty's Stationery Office.
