§ 10. Mr. Peter Archerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to reply to the communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations Organisation of March, 1971, inviting him to submit views on review of the Charter.
§ Mr. GodberThe Secretary-General has invited us to reply before 1st July, 1972. It is our intention to do so.
