§ 62. Mr. Mayhewasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware that two transport yards between Abbey Grove, S.E.2, and Abbey Wood Road, S.E.2, have not been moved to sites provided by the Greenwich Borough Council contrary to his Department's Discontinuance Order which came into force on 7th February, 1970; and what action he proposes to take.
§ Mr. Graham PageNon-compliance with a discontinuance order is a matter for the local planning authority, which can, if it wishes, enforce it through the courts.
