asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many East African Asians with British passports are at present detained without trial in British prisons and remand centres.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many East African Asians are now waiting, without resources, in Europe for entry into Great Britain.

Mr. Sharples

The information available to me is that 30 United Kingdom passport holders are at present waiting in Europe.
