asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they are in a position to announce the membership of the pro-posed Committee on intrusions into privacy.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

As my right honourable friend the Home Secretary announced in another place on January 23, 1970, Mr. Kenneth Younger has agreed to be Chairman of the Committee. The following have accepted invitations to serve as members of the Committee:
