§ Mr. Lomasasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what is the result of his consultations on the matter of amending legislation to those sections of the Town and Country Planning Act governing uses of premises, with particular reference to the interchanges of use 158W which may be carried out without re-application for permission in view of the rapid growth in amusement arcades.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonI have received the views of the local authority associations on the Use Classes Order and hope shortly to consult them and other interests involved about various matters including amusement arcades.
