Mr. Higgins

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many people are employed in the Inland Revenue in connection with the collection of Pay As You Earn income tax, Schedule 12 income tax. income tax other than these two groups, surtax, capital gains tax and corporation tax, respectively; and what is the cost of collecting each of the taxes in the last year for which information is available.
