§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsLocal education authorities and colleges of further education have already been asked to help as far as they can in meeting local demands for adult retraining facilities. The colleges have taken over all first year apprenticeship training classes, which has released 650 places for retraining adults in Government Training Centres.
