§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what progress-chasing he has done as a result of reports submitted to his Department from the Brighton Oceanography Exhibition of February, 1969.
§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe Exhibition to which my hon. Friend refers formed part of Oceanology '69, at Brighton, which was privately promoted. There was also a complementary conference sponsored by the Society for Underwater Technology. It was not intended that there should be a formal report from the Exhibition, but it is expected that the proceedings of the conference will be published, and these will be studied as soon as they are available.
