§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what instructions have been given to local police stations in the Metropolitan Police area about prosecutions for infringement of the London Cab Act, 1968; and if he will investigate the use of the word taxi by a private hire company, details of which have been reported to him by the hon. Member for Orpington.
