§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of of Health if he will offer to indemnify water undertakings serving the area of a number of health authorities against the costs of litigation which may follow a decision to fluoridate the water supply, where a majority of the health authorities in the area concerned have decided in favour of fluoridation.
