§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe Agricultural Research Council is willing to consider support for specific research projects in this field. The current year's programme of the National Institute of Agricultural Engineering includes investigations on manure collection, removal and disposal; and a joint project between this institute and the Grassland Research Institute on disposal of cattle wastes is planned for the coming year. Related problems are being studied at the Institute for Research on Animal Diseases.
