Mr. Tilneyasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether, in view of the proportion of money allocated to the Liverpool Education Authority for minor capital works spent during the last two financial years on modifications and additions to comprehensive schools, he will increase the amount allowed to be spent on minor capital works for primary schools in Liverpool during the current financial year.
