HC Deb 14 December 1967 vol 756 c199W
49. Mr. Lubbock

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the name of Mr. Bert Bensen has been removed from the black books supplied to immigration officers.

Mr. Callaghan:

As Mr. Bensen was informed recently, his admission to the United Kingdom is no longer the subject of special instructions to the ports, and it is open to him to come here on the same basis as any other foreign national.

Mr. Lubbock

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the admission of Mr. Bert Bensen to the United Kingdom for visits is still subject to special control or still presents special features.

Mr. Callaghan:

I would refer the hon. Member to the Answer I gave to an earlier Question today.
