§ 67. Mr. Hoosonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will introduce legislation to make financial help available for the building of roads in agricultural areas on the lines of the help available under the Agricultural Improvement of Roads Act, 1955.
§ Mr. John MackieNo, but the Agriculture Bill now before the House provides for the setting up of Rural Development Boards in the hills and uplands and the provision and improvement of rural roads would be among the facilities that a Board could grant-aid.
