§ Mr. FoleyThe figure 8,751 is the net balance of immigration for April 1966 of all Commonwealth citizens subject to Part I of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1962. The corresponding figure for April 1965 was 8,849. The numerical limit announced in the White Paper (Cmnd. 2739) was on the number of vouchers to be issued to Commonwealth citizens who wish to come here for employment; and that limit has been maintained.
