§ 86. Rear-Admiral Morgan Gilesasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the considerably increased use of stolen vehicles by criminals in recent months, he will give further consideration to making compulsory the fitting of thief-proof 82W locks or devices on all new motor vehicles.
