(2) for how many hours per week Ronald Arthur Biggs, a prisoner in Wandsworth Prison, is permitted to leave his cell; and for what purposes.
§ Sir F. SoskiceThe Governor of Wandsworth Prison has been instructed to treat Ronald Arthur Biggs as an Escape List prisoner for the time being. He spends about 29 hours each week out of his cell for purposes of attending chapel service, employment, exercise and hygiene. He is also allowed to attend a two-hour film show once every three weeks.
