§ 35. Mr. Lubbockasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will advise all Ministers to institute staggered hours in Government Departments in London, as a contribution towards the reduction of peak-hour congestion.
§ Mr. MacDermotGovernment Departments are already under instructions to keep to a minimum the number of staff in central London arriving at 9 a.m. and leaving the office between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
