§ Sir Richard Pilkingtonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what are the terms of reference of the committee inquiring into the incidence of revaluation in those areas where this has caused widespread distress.
§ Sir K. JosephThe terms of reference will not be finally settled until the chairman of the proposed committee has been chosen; but I would expect them to follow closely on the terms of the reply which I gave my hon. Friend on 28th March. I will make an announcement as soon as possible.
