§ Mr. HareMy hon. Friend will have noted from the statements made by both my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer and myself during the Budget debate that the Government intend to tackle this problem vigorously with a view to the publication of proposals and, if necessary, the introduction of legislation in the autumn.
