§ Mr. ProfumoRegular and comprehensive reports on all aspects of conditions in the United Kingdom, with particular emphasis on employment, are made available by the British Caribbean Welfare Service to the Governments in the West Indies, from where at present the bulk of the immigrants come; this, supplemented by radio and Press publicity, does much to ensure that intending emigrants shall be fully aware of their prospects here.
