§ Mr. ProfumoNo reply has so far been sent to the Soviet Note of 13th December. The North Atlantic Council meetings are still in progress. So far as the question of Berlin is concerned,294W the House will have seen the statement issued on Tuesday by the Council, to which I have nothing to add.
