§ Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he can now state what steps are being taken in Nyasaland to associate Africans with Government boards and committees at local and national level; and what decision has been reached regarding the appointment and composition of an inter-racial committee to co-ordinate land usage policy throughout the Protectorate.
