§ Mr. ProfumoThe Imperial College of Tropical Agriculture already provides teaching in agriculture, and associated sciences, at advanced university level. The question of providing a first degree in agriculture in the Caribbean by developing a special relationship between the University College of the West Indies and the Imperial College of Tropical Agriculture is at present under discussion between the governing bodies of the two colleges.
