§ Mr. StokesThe value of the licence is £34,000, of which £10,000 is for lifts. It was granted because, when necessary repairs, decorations and alterations have been carried out on this building, the Conservative and Bath Clubs will be able to amalgamate and thus free the present Bath Club premises for use as a club for American officers.
