§ Mr. StokesThe building team which visited the United States of America under the auspices of the Anglo-American Council on Productivity was sent on the initiative of the industry, and their Report is addressed primarily to the organisations which sponsored the team. I have, however, arranged to discuss their recommendations with the representatives of the industry and the professions on my National Consultative Council. These discussions have started.
