§ Mr. KeyThe value of licences issued for building work other than housing in this period was as follows: 1946 £191,175,000; 1947, £212,955,000; 1948, £226,994,000. Included in these figures is a small number of licences for farmhouses and for houses for key workers in Development Areas which cannot be separated from the totals in the records of my Department.
