§ Mr. BellengerVisits to occupied countries by private individuals must, owing to the present extreme difficulties regarding food, accommodation and travel, be kept to an absolute minimum, and I regret that it is not yet possible to permit visits to war graves. This matter is, however, under consideration by the Departments concerned.
