§ Mr. BellengerThe capacity of the "Arundel Castle" is 254 in cabins, 739 in folding bunks, and 1,142 in hammocks. On her last voyage from Japan the ship embarked 508, including 12 civilians for Hong Kong, Singapore and this country. At Hong Kong 172 were embarked for Singapore and this country. Further passengers came on board at Singapore. 1,194 were disembarked in the United Kingdom, of whom 33 were military families and 162 civilians.
