§ Mr. BellengerAn announcement in German, giving full details of the repatriation scheme, was issued to all prisoners of war camps in this country in October of last year. In addition full details were printed in "Wochenpost," a newspaper issued to all camps in this country. Details of the scheme received full publicity in the German Press. In order that prisoners of war may be kept acquainted with the progress of repatriation, periodical statements are issued to all camps. Similar arrangements have been made in the Middle East.
