§ Mr. J. HyndI much regret the delay that has occurred in this case. The surgical boots were made some time ago but could not be issued without the knee-cage. The contractors have on more than one occasion been pressed to hasten the supply of this appliance and my local office has just obtained delivery. Mr. Papworth has been asked to attend for fitting this week.
