§ Mr. BellengerIf the individual has applied himself, he is notified by a letter sent to his last known address. If the application was received through a headquarters, the headquarters is notified and is responsible for informing the individual. All awards are published in the "London Gazette" and the notifications I have mentioned include a reference to this publication.
