Major Lloyd GeorgeYes, Sir. The method of arriving at the compensation payable in respect of holdings in South Wales is strictly in accordance with Sub-section (4) of Section 6 and Sub-section (7) (a) of Section 7 of the Coal Act, 1938. The second part of the Question does not therefore arise.
