§ Mr. Bellengerasked the First Lord of the Admiralty what steps have been taken to enable all ranks serving with the Royal Navy to be registered as electors.
Mr. AlexanderThe declaration cards and the general pamphlet of instructions which has been drawn up by the three Service Departments in collaboration are in process of distribution to the Fleet. An Admiralty Fleet Order dealing comprehensively with the arrangements for absent voters will be issued shortly.
