§ Rear-Admiral Beamishasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will, for the information of Members of this House, obtain and make available a translation of the decree recently issued by the Russian Government with the object of increasing population by, among other means, large increases in allowances paid to mothers of large families, reduction of school fees, the issue of motherhood medals, the taxation of small families, spinsters and bachelors, the abolition of affiliation proceedings and the virtual abolition of divorce.
§ Mr. George HallYes, Sir, my right hon. Friend will make available a translation of the decree in the Library of this House as soon as possible.
