SinclairUnder the conditions of the permit to operate the existing services to the United States of America, which include certain Lease-Lend arrangements for maintenance, B.O.A.C. is unable to charge fares to passengers travelling on these services. Owing to war priority requirements passages are, however, very rarely provided for persons not entitled to travel at the public expense. The aircraft used on the service are of American manufacture.
